Yes. Our company has public liability insurance against accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaners.

Our cleaners are carefully screened and trained them so they share the same standards, provide the highest level of service we promise to our clients. Moreover, our cleaners have been through Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and references in order to come on board with us.

Be confident, we take every single step to give you value, safety and peace of mind.

You will never sign a contract using our services. You can terminate the service at any time.

We will provide our own cleaning products (except hoover and mop), at no extra cost.

You can cancel or reschedule your clean 24 hours prior to your booking start time. Simply log in your account.

It is completely up to you – you can either be at your property each time when the cleaner comes or provide them with a spare set of keys.
We recommend you to be there on the first visit so you can ask questions or give specific requirements.

But don’t worry if you cannot be there, our cleaners have gone through a personal interview, a background check and have all relevant insurance policies, therefore your home will be into good hands.

Your contentment is our main priority. We drive to provide an excellent service at all times and we will do our best to fix the situation. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can best address your concern by doing the following:

At this time, we accept secure online payments via debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Booking with us means there’s no cash involved. All payments are processed through Stripe a secure, 256-bit SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant system used and trusted by companies worldwide.

You’ll be charged 1-3 days after your booking has been completed and you are fully satisfied.

No, all payments are cashless for clearness and reliability.

You will receive an invoice through email as soon as your payment has been successfully processed. If you have not received your itemised invoice, contact us on 020 3411 5182 or email us at

Our website generates a price based on the service required and on your property details (such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms and any selected extra services). You won’t be charged anything until you confirm and until after your booking has fully been completed.

We always prevent this from happening, but sometimes mistakes do happen. If you have been overcharged, contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you on 020 3411 5182 or email us at

You will be issued the refund within a week of approval. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, EastClean is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we will send you a cheque that you can pay into your bank account.

This is an authorisation debit requested to your issuing bank to verify your credit card. The important thing to remember is that this is not a charge, and it will disappear from your statement; depending on the bank, it will be removed from your statement in anywhere from a few minutes to a few weeks.
